This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service for Zivvy by Vestcodes Co. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

You may not

  • Use Zivvy for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service
  • Probe, scan, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law
  • Resell or white-label access without a written agreement with Vestcodes
  • Bypass plan limits, seat metering, or security controls
  • Send spam or abusive communications through the platform
  • Store or process data that you are not authorized to handle
