Zivvy by Vestcodes
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Vestcodes Co uses cookies and similar technologies on Zivvy websites, login pages, and the product interface.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use localStorage for lightweight preferences such as cookie consent.
2. Types we use
- Strictly necessary — session authentication, CSRF protection, security, load balancing. These are required for the service to function.
- Preferences — remember cookie consent and similar UI choices (stored in localStorage where possible).
- Analytics (optional) — when PostHog is enabled for a deployment, we use it to understand aggregate product and marketing usage. Analytics scripts load only after you choose Accept all.
3. Consent
On first visit to our website/login, we show a lightweight consent banner. You can
accept all cookies (including optional analytics) or continue with essential-only.
Your choice is stored in localStorage under
zivvy_cookie_consent. You can clear site data in your browser to reset
the banner. PostHog does not load on Essential-only.
4. Domain
Production cookies and sessions for Zivvy are scoped to
zivvy.xyz (and optionally .zivvy.xyz when sharing
across subdomains). We prefer the apex host
https://zivvy.xyz; www.zivvy.xyz
should redirect to the apex when configured.
5. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or core features from working.
6. Third parties
Billing flows may redirect you to Polar (polar.sh), which sets its own cookies under Polar’s policies. We do not control third-party cookies on external domains.
